NEW CANCELLATION POLICY <\/strong>CHANGES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We have changed our cancellation policy for bookings made after the 8th of June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If further COVID-19 restrictions are introduced, or if there is any other Coronavirus related reason why you are unable to travel, you can claim a credit note for 100% of the amount that you have paid (there are no cancellation charges or admin fees).  This allows you to postpone your holiday for up to eighteen months after your original arrival date<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To give you greater peace of mind we have introduced comprehensive sanitation and cleaning protocols for every accommodation, that follows the detailed guidelines that have been specified by the French government to ensure all of our properties are cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While we follow the latest advice, we would ask you to understand that it is impossible for us, or any other company, to guarantee a property is 100% germ free. However, private rental homes have very few people coming and going, meaning a far safer environment than other locations. In addition, Reunion Island has no death due to the Covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Property Airing
<\/strong>The first action in the accommodation cleaning is to open all doors and windows, to ensure maximum ventilation of the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Antiviral cleaning
<\/strong><\/strong>The cleaning of every accommodation has been instructed to use a non-toxic, antiviral cleaning agent on all hard surfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Linens<\/strong>
In addition, bedding and other linens are all washed at a very high temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check-in Check-out<\/strong>
